Cassius' Innovative, Interactive Video For "The Missing" Proves Love Is Love

Viewers can click on the face of each actor and swap them out for someone else in real time.

French music duo Cassius just released the groundbreaking music video for their new single, “The Missing,” in which you can swap the video's actors by clicking on them in real time.

The first-of-its-kind interactive video allows more than 100 different combinations with a choice of 20 different characters to choose from.

More that just taking advantage of an interesting breakthrough in video technology, the musicians wanted the audience to imagine an open world where love is shared between all human kind.

"It's 2016 and there are so many crazy things happening in the world today,” the duo said. “Listening to 'The Missing' and watching the video makes us think about one thing that Pharoah Sanders understood and translated in a song better than anyone: 'Love is Everywhere,' 'Love Is In Us All.' We have to believe in this...For real."

“The Missing,” which also features Ryan Tedder, is the lead single off their upcoming album, Ibifornia, which is set to be released on August 26.
