Mariah Carey Is Prepping a New Christmas Album. Consider Your Stocking Stuffed!

Speaking of stuffed…

Let it ho, let it ho, let it ho!

Whether she’s pregnant or not, Mariah Carey is definitely planning to drop at least one baby this holiday season. She’s gonna serve up her second Christmas album for the masses, to be titled Merry Christmas II You.

As you must recall, her 1994 Christmas album (titled aptly “Merry Christmas”) is a total classic (and I’m not being the slightest bit sarcastic; it’s legendary) as it spawned the best holiday tune in recent decades, “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” But can the mad mama deliver again?

Word (and Idolator) has it that this new holiday tune-fest will be chock full of original material as well as covers of holiday classics. It’s due on November 2. And Rap-Up reports that cover was shot months ago with David LaChapelle. So it’d better be pretty!!!

No, this isn’t the new album cover. But sip on it for now…

Chelsea Handler Is Secretly Involved with “A-List New York”? Let’s Hope…

“Are you there gays? It’s me, Chelsea!” And yes, that swimming pool is full of vodka.

At the risk of A-List New York-ing you to death, I had to toss up this bit from last night’s Chelsea Lately, in which Ms. Handler reveals that she has secretly been working behind-the-scenes at Logo, helping to make the world a gayer place. But not content to just create gay shows to brainwash American cable viewers, Chelsea’s bringing her gay mission back home, to her staff!

Voila! It’s Another “A-List: New York” Trailer to Get Everybody All Riled Up!

Show some flashy pics of mouthy boys whooping it up and talking about “power gays,” “access” and “having a pot to piss in” and people sure get verklempt…

Yesterday the internets were all abuzz with the big initial teaser video from Logo’s new show “The A-List: New York.” Posted all over, from Perez to Towleroad to NYMag.com, folks freaked out about the decline of Western Gay Civilization, Logo helping full the homophobic factions out there by airing this show, and then just all around frenzy and fuss about how NYC is evil — and that these queens are not remotely really “A List.” In short… The children were losing it!!!!

So, here’s more to get your knickers in a bunch. Yes, it’s ANOTHER little promo for the show, in which we see a 28-year-old getting Botox (Eeeek! Needles freak me out.), an assy spray tan, handsome guys on a yacht, lots of velvet-rope shots, shiny gold font, and some snippet of a gay brawl in what looks like that nice mild-mannered Vig 27 bar on the East Side. (Damn, that’s gotta be the most action that place has seen yet!)

Just watch.

TV sure is silly, eh? To quote Michael Stipe: “It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine…”

Drag U Later with Jon & John, Episode 7: This Goes Out to All My Baby Mamas

Last night’s true winner? Morgan McMichaels, who miraculously made showcasing a sewing machine and some free fabric look amusing.

“Moms on the Verge” was the theme for last night’s episode of RuPaul’s Drag U. Bedraggled and worn out mothers Angela, Janet and April rolled up with their carry-on suitcases and their tattered sweatpants, and before you can say “Your mother rides a vacuum cleaner” these ladies were getting their eyebrows painted, their torsos wrapped in Saran Wrap and wigs were getting flipped left and right.

This week also featured a truly standout performance by Morgan McMichaels, reliably sparkly turns from Shannel and Pandora Boxx, and a very welcome appearance by guest judge Debi Mazar. Oh, yes and Fantasia even got some airtime. Life’s good right?

And you still need to vote for your favorite Drag U professor in our big Drag U MVP contest!!! Vote now because next week we’re gonna narrow the field down to the final four votegetters, who’ll battle it out til the end!!!

If you missed last night’s show, you can watch the full RuPaul’s Drag U episode online now.

After the jump, more amazing photos from this week’s mother-tucking madness.
