Cut To The Chace

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford will appear on Glee's 100th episode, dishes pal Matthew Morrison to E! Online, and he'll be playing Quinn's new college-boy love interest.

"His name is Biff. He's kind of a Yalie degenerate," revealed Morrison at a pre-Golden Globes party. No word yet if Crawford will sing or just stand around looking good as Dianna Agron's arm candy, but Morrison did reveal that he and Kristin Chenoweth will be singing a Pink song together during the two-part anniversary, airing March 18 and 25.

glee sue sylvesterNo More New Directions?

Speaking of that iconic 100th episode, we finally got some news about why all these former cast members and celebrities are popping up—and it ain't good.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, principal Sue Sylvester finally disbands the glee club once and for all (shock!) and everyone comes home to bid farewell to Mr. Shue.

On the one hand, we're not sure where the show will go from there (unless it's a temporary setback) but on the other, THR also reports Gwyneth Paltrow is reprising the role of superstar substitute Holly Holiday in the 100th ep. So we'll take the good with the bad.

New York State of Mind

For the past season-and-a-half Glee has split its focus between Lima and New York City, but following the mindblowing 100th episode the show will focus exclusively (at least for a while) on the Big Apple.

Following Sue Sylvester's disbanding of New Directions, THR reports, the focus will be on established New Yorkers Kurt and Rachel, new arrivals Blaine and Sam, and, surprisingly, Mercedes—who was last seen in Los Angeles pursuing a musical career.

Well, the show's Manhattan scenes have just been stronger lately—and  we can always use more Amber Riley!

Chris Colfer, Cat Dancer

For the second year in a row Chris Colfer took home the People's Choice Award for Favorite Comedic TV Actor. Oddly enough, the nominees were four gay men (Colfer, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jim Parsons, Neil Patrick Harris) and one straight guy who plays gay (Darren Criss).

Not only did Colfer give a great speech Wednesday night—thanking fans for "always drawing abs on me when you draw me naked"—he followed through on a promise to dance with his cat if he took home the award.

It's already the must-see Instagram of 2014 for true Gleeks.

Max Adler's Switched

We miss Max Adler as Kurt's closeted bully, Karofsky, but the actor now has a much more lighthearted role on ABC's Family's Switch At Birth: Starting January 13, the show's winter premier, Adler plays Tank, a frat boy who surprises Bay (Vanessa Marano) and their hippie art teacher (Sandra Bernhard).
