I am loving these few leaked minutes from Beth Ditto’s upcoming 4 track EP collaboration with Simian Mobile Disco.
Taking a cue from The Gossip’s more dance-friendly recent tracks, it sounds like the soon-to-be released tunes are totally morning shower playlist ready. Or I guess like running if you’re into that. Either way it’s clear that lyrics like ”close your eyes and come with me,” “she walks around you like she’s better than everybody,” and “I open up if you make an incision” are the frisky, strong mantras heavy conditioning dreams are made of.

You should also watch Ditto’s last collaboration with Simian Mobile Disco from their album Temporary Pleasure below. Does anyone know what’s going on here exactly? Is it like an armpit lesbian opium den or something? I mean I’m down, but still.
