Cry Along With Cher as You Listen to Her Cover ABBA’s “One of Us”

"They passed me by, all of those great romances..."

Only a week is left until us mere mortals are blessed with Cher’s new ABBA covers album, Dancing Queen. As we count the hours until release day—September 28—the iconic singer is helping us pass the time by releasing another track from the album, the heartbreaking ballad, “One of Us.”

The latest release off of Dancing Queen is the album’s closing track, and it ends things on a somber night—unlike the other club bangers, “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” and “SOS” Cher already released from the album.

“One of Us” originally made its debut on ABBA’s final studio album, 1981’s The Visitors. It was also brought to life onscreen this past summer in Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again when Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper’s characters sang it as they questioned the future of their relationship.
