Cher Hits NYC Club, Says "We Were Screaming" About SCOTUS Rulings

Last night, Cher popped up at the popular gay weekly, Q, at New York's Marquee's nightclub—deluging our Facebook wall with photos from freaked-out friends who were there.

Speaking to Out.com, the Dark Lady said she was ecstatic about the Supreme Court rulings this week. "We were screaming... My friends in my house, Chaz, you know... I had a lot of gay friends that were texting me and tweeting me and calling. It’s something that, really, I don’t really understand how we had it in the first place. Like, how did people get away with that kind of shit?"

Up on stage, Cher praised her gay fans for sticking her through her many ups and downs, "even when I wasn't cool," and played a medley of her hits—including new track, "Woman's World." She just smiled and popped along as the music played, but seriously we would swoon if Cher just read her Apple Care contract.
