The above video shows a 3-year old child being restrained by his mom as he's given a tattoo. Yep, you read that correctly. A tattoo. We even feel slightly squeamish when we see a 3-year-old with earrings! We can't tell what the tattoo is of, but here's hoping that it's a heart with the word "Mother" on it.
