Let Chloe x Halle and the "RuPaul's Drag Race" Girls Spice Up Your Life

Watch the queen quintet slay "Do It" for the GLAAD Media Awards.

Beyoncé proteges Chloe x Halle have blessed 2020 with one of the year's most critically acclaimed albums, Ungodly Hour. Now they're taking us to church—well, the Chapel at the Abbey.

For this year's GLAAD Media Awards, the sisters performed their single "Do It" at one of the most famous gay bars in the world, The Abbey in West Hollywood. Chloe x Halle might have been performing the song to an empty club, but they were not alone. They invited RuPaul's Drag Race girls Naomi Smalls, Mayhem Miller, and Vanesa "Vanjie" Mateo to help them.

But wait, it gets better. The five divas slayed the song dressed as another iconic pop music quintet: the Spice Girls. Can we get a zig-a-zig-ah?

GLAAD

Chloe x Halle shared the video clip on Twitter, saying they were "SO proud to stand alongside our #LGBTQIA+ family at the #GLAADawards this year," and shouting out their queen co-stars.

Like pretty much every other live event, the GLAAD Media Awards were canceled earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. But fear not, we will not go a full year without celebrating LGBTQ representation in pop culture. The 31st annual GLAAD Media Awards were held digitally, streaming Thursday, July 30, on GLAAD’s Facebook and YouTube. The ceremony will also air this Monday, August 3 at 8/7c on Logo.

The digital event was hosted by comedians Fortune Feimster and Gina Yashere and featured famous faces like Cara Delevingne, Kaitlyn Dever, Beanie Feldstein, Jonica T. Gibbs, Dan Levy, Lil Nas X, Rachel Maddow, Ryan O’Connell, Dolly Parton, Peppermint, the cast and producers of Pose, Geena Rocero, comedian Benito Skinner, Brian Michael Smith, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, Lena Waithe, Olivia Wilde, and Raquel Willis making appearances.
