“Chozen,” FX Animated Comedy About Gay White Rapper, Gets Red-Band Trailer: WATCH

FX launched a red-band trailer for Chozen, it’s new animated series about a gay white rapper (played by Saturday Night Live‘s Bobby Moynihan) who’s been released from jail and is trying to stay on the straight and narrow.

Well, the narrow anyway.

It’s being produced by the guys behind Archer and Eastbound & Down, and, along with Moynihan, features voicework from writer-creator Grant Dekernion, Totally Biased‘s Hannibal Buress, Parks and Recreation‘s Kathryn Hahn, Nick Swardson, Eastbound & Down’s Danny McBride and, for some hip-hop cred,  Method Man.

Below, check out an interview with Method and Moynihan from New York Comic Con.

Chozen debuts FX on January 13.
