Ohio Weatherman Chris Bradley Comes Out, Posts Beautiful Wedding Photo

It was clear skies yesterday when Chris Bradley, a meteorologist for WBNS Channel 1o in Columbus, Ohio,  married his partner of 20 years, Jason Bradley-Krauss.

On Facebook, Bradley posted a picture from the ceremony, which took place in New York City. (Ohio still has a ban on same-sex marriage.) Joining the couple on their special day were their two children,  Maria, 7, and Spencer, 10.

Bradley, 49, has been with 10TV News since 2006, while Krauss is a graphic designer. The couple have marched in Columbus Pride, and announced their engagement on social media in July, but it was the wedding photo that went viral.

Negative responses have thankfully been outweighed by positive feedback: "My wife and I had no idea you were gay before this picture and we could not care less," wrote one commenter wrote on Bradley's Facebook wall. "You have a beautiful family and you will still be the man we turn to when looking at the weather. Congratulations to you and yours! We are proud to be fans of yours and 10TV."

Another remarked "I am so sorry it could not be in Ohio. Maybe one day."

In a 2011 interview with Columbus Parent, the guys discussed the joys and surprises fatherhood brings. "We wish we would have not worried so much and read all the 'how to raise your children' books," they confessed. "With Spencer we followed every word in every chapter. When we adopted Maria, I think we were so busy we never even picked up the book. To be honest, we were much more relaxed."

Congrats to the whole family.
