We're just T-minus 16 days until the release of Jurassic World, the long-awaited fourth film in the Jurassic Park franchise, 22 years-and-a-day to the the date of the original Spielberg film's release.
Chris Pratt is leading a cast that includes (in addition to a lot of CGI dino's) Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio and B.D. Wong–reprising his role from the original film.
With the film's press tour kicking into full swing–and with recent press blunders surrounding stars like Cate Blanchett and Robert Downey Jr.–Pratt decided to own any potential missteps by offering an advanced apology in the form of a lengthy Facebook note.
Pratt sites a number of excuses including "I am just dumb," being tired and stuffy working environments in the hilarious message, below.
Jurassic World hits theaters June 12.
