Christina Aguilera Is Back With A Sexy Video, Brand New Single "Accelerate" — And It's Fire

Her first album in six years "Liberation" is expected to be released June 15.

Christina Aguilera has been promising her fans new music—and the day has finally arrived.

The Grammy-winning songstress dropped a new single this morning called "Accelerate" produced by Kanye West. The track features rappers 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign. And the singer wasted no time releasing a sexy, stripped down music video directed by photographer Zoey Grossman.

Grossman also shot Aguilera's stripped-down Paper magazine cover.

According to the pint-sized diva's official website, Aguilera's upcoming album Liberation is set to be released June 15 and will feature Demi Lovato, Keida, and Shenseea. In an exclusive interview with Billboard, the singer says West helmed two other songs on the album.

Xtina has been teasing fans throughout the week on social media with cryptic posts including eerie videos with distorted sound and footage of the singer seductively drinking a glass of milk.

Also, this week the singer has been mailing signed polaroids of herself to unsuspecting, high-profile fans and influencers with clues and hints about her upcoming release including Rupaul's Drag Race star Farrah Moan and writers Evan Ross Katz and Mark Sundstrom.

Aguilera's last full album was 2012’s Lotus, though she released the single "Change" in 2016, dedicated to shooting victim Christina Grimmie and those wounded and killed at Pulse nightclub. That same year, her disco-infused "Telepathy" appeared on the soundtrack for Netflix’s The Get Down and hit the top of the Billboard Dance Charts. In 2013, Aguilera won her fifth Grammy for her mega-hit with pop duo A Great Big World on "Say Something."

Aguilera’s been upping her profile in recently, appearing as the first judge on the current season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and joining James Cordon for Carpool Karaoke.

Is the diva ready to reclaim her throne? We can't wait to see.
