A Gay Couple’s Beautiful, Tragic Love Story Unfolds In Stunning Video For Clean Bandit’s “Symphony”

"Through music, he finds strength."

Clean Bandit released the video for their new single, “Symphony,” on Friday, and it tells the heartbreaking story of a conductor who is mourning the loss of his boyfriend after a biking accident.

Get ready to go on a true rollercoaster of emotions, from watching the couple’s beautiful love blossom, to the unimaginable pain of the man finding out his partner has died, and finally a feeling of hope as he conducts his symphony and tries to heal.

“The conductor leads the symphony orchestra that we are part of,” Clean Bandit member Grace Chatto told Gigwise. “Through music, he finds strength going through heartbreak and loss.”

The song features the vocals of pop star Zara Larsson, who also debuted her new album on Friday.
