Convicted Club Kid Killer Michael Alig Is Starting His Own Fashion Line

Club kid-turned-killer Michael Alig, who was released from prison last year after serving 17 years for murdering drug dealer/friend Angel Melendez, is now starting his own fashion line.

The new collection, Skroddleface, is supposed to launch in two weeks. According to BusinessLookup.org, the company—named after a insider-slang term Alig and James St. James coined in the 1990s, started July 7, 2014 in Brooklyn.

What will it look like? There's no site or Facebook page, but here's an example of Alig back in the day.

The news was actually buried in a Page Six item about Alig's picks for the best place to have sex. (Spoiler: The meat freezer—there are no cameras.)

He served his time, but the repentant Alig says, “In my mind, I haven’t really repaid my debt. But I am going in that direction, doing good things.”
