Actor Colton Haynes and Four Seasons artistic director Jeff Leatham have officially tied the knot, People reports.

Haynes, 29, and Leatham, 46, who wore white tuxedo jackets and black bow ties, exchanged vows Friday evening in front of 120 guests during a ceremony held at a Palm Springs hotel.

“It’s just amazing when you find someone who kind of teaches you to love yourself more,” said the Teen Wolf star, who most recently appeared in American Horror Story: Cult. “The really great thing about being with Jeff is that since we got together my relationships with my friends have gotten better, my family relationships have gotten better. When you learn to really love someone, it’s completely life-changing. Now we have this beautiful life together and this epic journey ahead.”

“If you can imagine Cher meets a Guns ’N Roses video and that’s the theme of the wedding,” added Leatham, who planned and designed much of the event. “But more than the flowers and decorations, it’s really about everyone coming together and everyone you love being with in the same room. That was the most important thing for us.”

The ceremony, which was preceded by a cocktail hour and followed by a dance party, was officiated by the couple's good friend Kris Jenner. Guests included Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Justin Mikita, Melanie Griffith, Lisa Rinna, Chelsea Clinton, Dylan O’Brien, Emily Rickards, Billie Lourd, and Cheyenne Jackson, who all adhered to a black and white dress code.

"I have the honor and great pleasure of Marrying this Amazing Human Being tomorrow," Leatham wrote Thursday on Instagram. "I love him to the moon and back and I am Blessed to soon call him my #Husband."

Haynes, who officially came out as gay last May in an interview with EW, went public about his relationship with the celebrity floral designer on Valentine's Day. They announced their engagement in March.
