The "Endowment Slider" In "Conan Exiles" Video Game Is Now Missing

In an ealier version you could choose the size of your barbarian's penis.

Conan Exiles is a new open world survival game set in the world of Conan the Barbarian. An early-access version of the video game was available earlier this year on Steam for Windows, and now a version for Xbox One has hit U.S. shelves this week—but one major difference in this version is the lack of nudity.

Funcom

In the original Steam version, the playable characters were naked and there was a scale in the game where you could slide and choose your breast size and penis size.

Sadly, Funcom, the game developer, had to make the nudity changes so Conan Exiles could receive an M rating.

"The reason for this is if we included full nudity in Conan Exiles, this would have resulted in a more restrictive ESRB rating in North America which then might have prevented a broad release of the game," said Funcom's community manager, Jens Erik.

The more restrictive rating Erik is referring to is "adults only" or "AO" for short, which limits where the game can be sold. Now the barbarians wear a variety of loincloths.

The Conan barbarians aren't the only video game characters showing some skin lately. When The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was released for Nintendo Switch this year, you were allowed to play as a nearly-nude Link—to the pleasant surprise of some gaymers.
