San Diego Comic Con, which wrapped up on Sunday, featured plenty for queer fans, including panels on the “Gay Geek Year in Review,” “Transgender Trends in Pop Culture,” and “Girls Who Kiss Ass”—plus loads cast members from gay-friendly shows like Penny Dreadful, True Blood and Teen Wolf. And plenty of gay gamers, comic-book lovers and movie fans roaming the halls.

But we can’t ignore all the fabulous cosplay—it’s the one time of year even the straightest straight guy will gleefully don his Princess Leia outfit in public.
