Cristiano Ronaldo Still Looking Gorgeous (Obviously) In Bizarre Japanese Ad For Six-Pack Machine
Portuguese soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo is huge in Japan, and his latest commercial for this wacky Japanese ab-crunching product is probably his most bizarre yet.
Almost a year after promoting that strange facial exercise machine that looks like a bird trying to escape from your mouth, he’s hawking this machine that supposedly shapes your abs and biceps while you stand completely still or sit on the couch.
The machine is called the Sixpad and if we're judging by the smug expression on Ronaldo's face in its first advertisement, it actually may feel pretty good to wear too.
"I think it’s super accessible and easy to use. And that, in my opinion, is going to help many people achieve better toned abdominal muscles," Ronaldo said during the product's development stage. "If your desire is to have a fit body like mine, I think this will help you."
As if this glorious new commercial weren't enough, Ronaldo appeared on a Japanese television show to promote the product this week as well. The equally wacky appearance consisted mostly of show hosts freaking out over Ronaldo's abs, even going so far as to ask him to plank so they could feel how hard his abs were. Lucky!
