Why should you get to know male mannequin David Gandy?

The 34-year-old Brit has appeared in the pages of Vogue, GQ, Details and Attitude and has starred in campaigns for Lucky, Hugo Boss and Dolce & Gabbana. He's something of a muse to D&G—appearing in nearly every campaign since 2008, and their recent men's calendar. Gandy was also the only male model to walk in the closing ceremonies for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London (joining supermodel royalty Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss).

But there's a brain to go with that beautiful body: Gandy has started writing lifestyle pieces for The Daily Telegraph and British Vogue and even pens car reviews for British GQ.
