DC Comics Releases Shirtless “Magic Mike”-Inspired Issue Of “Justice League”

DC Comics

This coming March, DC Comics is paying tribute to Hollywood with variant covers that pay homage to some classic movie posters. There’s Wonder Woman inspired by 300, Action Comics paying tribute to Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and even a Batgirl cover inspired by Purple Rain.

But the cover that caught our attention is Justice League #40, which pays tribute to everyone’s favorite panty-dropping stripper movie, Magic Mike.

Related: Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, Film “Magic Mike XXL” At Georgia Drag Club

Drawn by Emanuela Lupacchino, the cover features Aquaman, Batman, Superman, Green Lantern and Flash simulating the provocative poses adopted by Matthew Mcconaughey, et al, in the 2012 movie.

Is it weird we wanna make it rain?
