DOMA '80% Likely' To Be Struck Down By Supreme Court: Report

Today's DOMA hearing, United States v. Windsor, started off much like yesterday's case, Hollingsworth v. Perry, with some justices wondering if the case even had standing before the Supreme Court (Beacuse Obama has already said he will not defend the law). After that however, things seemed to go the way many gays, and Americans, had hoped it would.
According to SCOTUSBlog (We know, we know, it's a Blog, but it's a Blog that just won a Peabody);
Final update: #scotus 80% likely to strike down #doma. J Kennedy suggests it violates states’ rights; 4 other Justices see as gay rights.

So liberal justices Breyer, Ginsburg, Sotomayor and Kagan are clearly onboard, and Kennedy seems to be leaning more towards striking down DOMA. Good news!
We will have more later today when the transcript from the hearing is released.
