If you listen to RuPaul's podcast, What's the Tee?, you know that he is a big fan of Hulu's hit series The Handmaid's Tale. So it's no surprise that the dystopian series has seeped into the new season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.

In a new clip from the season premiere of All Stars Season 3, viewers will recognize the red robes from The Handmaid's Tale, but instead of series star Elisabeth Moss donning the costume, we see past All Stars winners Chad Michaels and Alaska in the signature red cloaks.

“Hey, kitty girl. Blessed weather we’re having today,” Michaels tells Alaska as they meet up for their daily walk through the studio backlot down the street.

“Indeed," answers Alaska. "Can you believe it’s already All Stars 3? Do you think there will be lots of twists, turns, shocks and surprises this season?”

"Oh, bitch!," says Chad.

But then their post-All Stars reality sinks in and Alaska confesses that the Drag Race Hall of Fame "really isn’t what I thought it was going to be."

"Girl, you're telling me," Chad responds.

“You look really nice in red, though," Alaska tells the All Stars Season 1 winner. "It’s your color."

We totally agree.

Will this be the last time we see Chad and Alaska living their Handmaid's Tale fantasy? Only time will tell, until then check out the fun scene below.
