Gentlemen, keep those engines running!
After this year’s sickening All Stars Season 3 and with Season 10 currently breaking ratings records, the Emmy award-winning RuPaul’s Drag Race is returning to VH1 for a herstoric 11th season that is sure to leave no wig un-snatched.
Not only did VH1 tell Drag Race, “shantay, you stay,” but the series’ companion show, Untucked, will also be returning to the cable net.
“After ten sickening seasons, the Drag Race phenomenon is just getting started,” said RuPaul in a statement. “I want to thank VH1 for providing this amazing platform for a whole new generation of super talented drag queens.”
“We are thrilled that Drag Race will continue to lead the conversation of inclusion and diversity as the show embarks on its eleventh season,” said Pamela Post, SVP Original Programming & Development at VH1. “It’s unprecedented for a show to continue to grow on the scale that Drag Race has, and it’s just the beginning.”
Is it too early to start guessing who will be among the queens to sashay into the workroom next season?
RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on VH1.
