Jonathan Bailey is going from bodice-ripping to the RuPaul’s Drag Race runway.
The openly gay Bridgerton heartthrob is just one of the extra-special guest judges announced for the franchise’s newest international series: RuPaul’s Drag Race U.K. Versus the World, which will feature nine fierce glamazons from different Drag Race shows around the world as they go wig to wig to be crowned the first global drag superstar.
In addition to Bailey, Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan, Spice Girl Mel C, and Katie Price will also be joining Ru, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr, and Graham Norton at the judges’ panel.

“I’m so happy to be back here with the Drag Race U.K. family,” Thirlwall said about her Drag Race return. “This series has got some mega stars joining us. It is a real celebration of global drag – and I feel so much love from the community. I can’t wait for you to see it.”
Never Mind the Buzzcocks panelist Daisy May Cooper and Strictly Come Dancing star Clara Amfo will also make appearances on the season, with Strictly Come Dancing pro Johannes Rabede on hand to help the queens choreograph a maxi challenge.
“For someone who has been a fan of RuPaul’s Drag Race since its inception in 2009, I was gooped and gagged to be a part of this,” said Rabede. “It’s definitely a career highlight for me. As IF anyone would miss the opportunity to be part of the fabulous evolution that is RuPaul’s Drag Race!”
We now know the celebrity guest judges, but which queens will be competing to become the first global drag superstar? Stay tuned for that RuVeal, and mark your calendars for February 1, when RuPaul’s Drag Race U.K. Versus the World premieres on BBC Three and WOW Presents Plus.
