The amazing Luenell
Luenell may have a somewhat brief role on the new Logo series DTLA, but she sure does make it memorable. As the mother of a young gay man finding his way in the world, she is both hilarious and heartbreaking. And it looks like she makes some amazing chicken.
We caught up with Luenell before the premiere of DTLA, coming to Logo October 24 at 11/10 c, and had her answer our nine questions.

Church of Latter Day Saints. I cry at their commercials, they’re touching!
3. Trend you’d be happy to see the end of?
I would love to see the end of the trend of young men, black, white, gay and straight, SAGGING THEIR PANTS!!!!! OMGGGGGGG!!!!! 
4. Favorite Cher song & why?
“Halfbreed,” because I can’t get the image of Cher, sitting hotly half-naked on that horse, tanned, fit-stomached with that Native American headdress outta my MIND!
5. Which Spice Girl are you?
I am Scary Spice , because anybody who truly KNOWS me KNOWS that I can be pretty scary.
