Dudes Put A Sexy Gay Spin On Dua Lipa's "New Rules" Video

Rule No. 1: Don't let Justin Bieber in.

Rules are made to be broken—and sometimes parodied.

Filmmaker Jake Wilson, known for funny shorts like his super-gay "Bad Blood" spoof, is back with a fabulous lip-synch parody of Dua Lipa's breakup anthem "New Rules," his "favorite video of 2017."

Inspired by Lipa's fierce female confidants, Wilson's queer twist features sexy squirrel friends Bruno Carvalho, Cole Doman, Constantine Rousouli, Harper Watters, Mark Kanemura, and Zach Graves, who tough-lovingly try to help Wilson forget about an ex that looks suspiciously like Justin Bieber: "And if you're under him, you ain't getting over him."

No surprise that Lipa herself quickly shared the clip and gave it her stamp of approval.
