Paolo Ballesteros, a 31-year-old Filipino actor and TV host, has become an Instagram sensation thanks to his makeup transformations into Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Beyoncé and other members of the league of extraordinary women.

Ballesteros, host of the daytime variety show Eat Bulaga, suffered a mild stroke last September and during his convalescence he worked on his cosmetic craft. As a result, he now has nearly 400,000 followers on Instagram, who eat up the serious fish he's serving.

Paolo doesn't identify as gay, but instead likes to keep 'em guessing. "I'm not hiding anything. What you see is what you get," he told the Philippine Star via the Daily Mail)  in 2013. "Now if you're asking if I'm gay, I'll say no. It's up to you to be confused."
