Dustin Lance Black To Sam Smith: "Stop Texting My Fiancé"

Now THIS is some piping hot T!

Singer Sam Smith might've won big at the 2016 Oscars, but it's the unexpected drama with Hollywood screenwriter Dustin Lance Black that has everyone talking this morning.

After snagging the award for 'Best Original Song' for his Bond theme "Writing's On the Wall," Smith fumbled in his speech, stating he was the first openly gay man to ever receive an Academy Award.

Smith clearly misinterpreted earlier comments made by Sir Ian McKellen, who recently mused on the fact that no openly gay man had ever won the Best Actor statuette.

In response to Smith's claim, screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, an openly gay man who won an Academy Award in 2009 for his work on the screenplay for Milk, tweeted at the winner:

Neither Black nor Smith have commented on the tweet, but the library is clearly open and ready for business.
