EJ Johnson revealed his plans to go forward with gastric-sleeve surgery on Sunday's season finale of #RichKids of Beverly Hills.

"A lot of people think it's the easy way out, but it's not," he says in the episode. "It's a step in the right direction, just a big push."

Johnson said he chose to have the operation now because, "I feel very mature, kind of in the right place for it and I'm very ready to look cute. The surgery is a huge deal for me and it will certainly be a positive change."

Talking to his little sister Elisa, EJ kind of spilled the T that co-star Jonny Drubel had a similar procedure. (Were we not supposed to know that?) Jonny had a more somber moment himself elsewhere in the episode, discussing his coming out and his battle with suicide and depression.
