Fall Out Boy Literally Destroy Alabama's Same-Sex Marriage Ban In Video For "Uma Thurman"
Fall Out Boy's new video, "Uma Thurman," is mostly a barrel of laughs, with a contest winner serving as the band's intern for a day—walking Joe Trohman's zebra, paint-balling with Pete Wentz and doing karaoke with Patrick Stump.
But the apex of this wild ride is a (literal) blow for marriage equality: the band gets in a tank and steamrolls over a white pickup truck with “Article 1, Section 36.03” written on its side—a reference to Alabama's statute banning same-sex marriage.
