People are freaking out that Miley Cyrus is getting all pro-celebrity skinny (aka, the look of destitution wearing designer) due to some creepy cell phone pic she tweeted of her ever shrinking tummy. Its great that everyone’s concerned for the little starlet but really, she says she’s just being diet trendy. As in—gluten free (gluten is the stuff that makes dough all gooey and good!). But really? We know enough Celiacs (those who can’t eat gluten for medial reasons) and they’re saying it’s hardly the kind of diet that’ll shred your waistline as quickly and fast as Miley’s. Hmmm….Well, own it girl. Here’s some gluten free suggestions of you to use on your “gluten-free weight loss” diet.
New Yorkers are practically stabbing and murdering each other to get into this major gluten free italian spot that refuses to take a reservation. Chomp down on gluten free breadsticks, pasta, apple pie and wash it all down with gluten free beer. Forget you, carb free.
