Out comic Fortune Feimster stops by Chelsea today to reprise her impersonation of Trump press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders—this time with more smoky eye.
“Sanders” explains the President’s tax plan in terms Chelsea Handler can understand: “Let’s say that 10 talk show hosts order 20 Aperol spritzers, and one of those talk show hosts drinks them all,” she explains, adding, “Trevor Noah didn’t pay for any of ’em because he’s brown so the government paid for that.”
Feimster is also the star ofa new Lyft campaign promoting the app’s new charitable option, Round Up & Donate, which allows users to round fares up to the nearest dollar and donate to organizations like the ACLU Foundation, Girls Who Code and Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross. Since launching this spring, they’ve raised more than $2 million.
Feimster is also reuniting with Mindy Projectstar Mindy Kaling on Champions, for Kaling’s new single-cam comedy for NBC. Feimster will play Ruby, a popular trainer at the gym owned by Vince (Anders Holm).
