Fran Drescher Just Married The Inventor Of Email
Ma would be so happy: Fran Drescher just got remarried—to a man worth millions.
Dresher and boyfriend Shiva Ayyadurai tied the knot at their beachfront home this weekend, after a year of dating. She wore a Badgley Mischka wedding dress, while he wore Ralph Lauren.
“Fran heard my talk and we fell in love, and we’ve been together since that talk,” Ayyadurai told Huffington Post. “Every day is a celebration with Fran. Every day is almost a romantic hangout with her. We’re always laughing, always enjoying ourselves.” The 50-year-old scientist developed an electronic interoffice mailing system that he called "EMAIL" and copyrighted in 1982.
Drescher was previously married to Peter Marc Jacobson, but they divorced in 1999 after Jacobson came out as gay. The former flames turned their life story into the TV Land series Happily Divorced.
