Frank Ocean Comes Out As Gay Man: Report


Frank Ocean has come out as a gay man on his new album Channel Orange, this according to This Is Max. On the songs “Bad Religion,” “Pink Matter” and “Forrest Gump” the singer’s lyrics refernce the man he is in love with, not the woman or a gender neutral individual.

The 24-year-old ingenue and member of Odd Future shot to fame last year, grabbing the attention of major singers including Beyonce and Jay Z and Kanye West, whose album Watch the Throne he appeared on. Channel Orange is his debut album. He previously ghost wrote songs for artists including <a href=””>Justin Bieber</a>.

Ocean, born Christopher Francis Ocean, has yet to make an official comment on the subject.
