Fyre Festival’s “Wonderful Gay Leader” May Get a Reality TV Show

But Andy King doesn't want to be known as "the blowjob king of the world."

Andy King has blown away viewers as the breakout star of Fyre: The Greatest Party that Never Happened, the new Netflix documentary about Billy McFarland's failed Fyre Festival.

King, a gay event planner, was McFarland's right-hand man in helping to produce the disastrous 2017 music festival in the Bahamas.

According to the doc, McFarland once asked King to "take one big thing for the team" and perform oral sex on the Bahamian Minister of Customs so he would release their incoming shipment of Evian water.

King alleges that McFarland, who is currently serving a six-year prison sentence, told him, “'You’re our wonderful gay leader and we need you to go down [to customs]. Will you suck dick to fix this water problem?'”

“I literally drove home, took a shower, I drank some mouthwash," King explains in the doc. "I got into my car to drive across the island to take one for the team. And I got to [the customs officer’s] office fully prepared to suck his dick.”

And thus the Internet declared, "Let there be memes!"

In a new interview with Vanity Fair, King says he plans to “have a little fun” with his overnight celebrity—and maybe make some money, too.

In fact, King has already been contacted by three different water companies. “I can’t talk about it too much,” he says, “but they’re essentially, like, ‘Listen, we’re working on a new ad campaign...’”

"I had three TV show offers this week, from notable networks," he continues. "You see the attractiveness of HGTV today. People love Flip or Flop or Fixer Upper. Let’s just say it’s going to be a show about hosting crazy events—what it takes to make them happen. There will be cliff-hangers, and you’ll get to follow me around and see how I pull them off.”

“You’re not going to see me launching a handbag line or makeup,” King says. “I think I’m being given a platform that a lot of people, at age 58 especially, don’t get the opportunity to have. And I’m kind of excited about it.”

King also addresses his sudden infamy in a recent interview for Netflix's social media. “I just don’t want to be necessarily known as the blowjob king of the world,’ he says. “I’m now a noun, a verb, and an adjective. It’s mind-boggling.”

He also reveals that he has used his notoriety to help create crowdfunding pages for unpaid local laborers in the Bahamas. “If I can drive positive influences and a lot of positive energy towards, you know, social and environmental impact which is what I base my business on, then I think I can utilize this moment to do a lot of good,” he says.

Fyre: The Greatest Party that Never Happened is now streaming on Netflix.
