An adorable new ad for Dove Men+Care is celebrating Father's Day by showing the moments in which 13 men, including one same-sex couple, found out they were going to be a dad for the first time.

"Their authentic and unfiltered reactions" make up the bulk of the ad, titled "First Fatherhood Moments." Toward the end, another message lets the guys know it's good to show emotion and that "showing care is a sign of a man's real strength":

Said Dove via press release:

"Becoming a dad is a transformative experience – we found that 82% of men globally believe that having a child changes the way they think about what it means to be a man – and our new film celebrates the emotional strength 13 real men openly express upon learning they’re going to be a dad for the first time."

The two gay dads who appear in the ad, Ian and Darryl Colvin, appeared in a mini-doc last year for their website Gays With Kids. Footage from their doc, which showed them meeting the "newborn baby boy they never thought they'd have," is featured in the ad below.
