[caption id="attachment_78551" align="aligncenter" width="609"]washington gay marriage Greatest, and gayest, election EVER.[/caption]

It is three for three right now as Washington, much like Maryland, approved a ballot measure to allow gay marriage tonight according to the Seattle Times. The  vote comes after the bill Governor Chris Gregoire signed to law in February of this year was submitted to public referendum by opponents. FACE, haters!

Washington and Maryland join Maine, which became the first state to pass gay marriage through popular vote, as the newest members of the gay marriage states.

While we could not be happier, we now wait on Minnesota, where voters are deciding whether or not to redefine marriage as being between one man and one woman.

Let's pray for a clean sweep.
