Georgia Mother And Son Attack African-American Soldiers, Call Them "Gay Black Bitches"

The 72-year-old suspect struck one of the soldiers, who was pregnant, was was charged with battery.

A 72-year-old woman was arrested in Macon, Georgia, over the weekend after she and her son attacked two soldiers, one of whom was pregnant. The entire incident was caught on tape.

The encounter started when Judy Tucker and her son tried to pull into a handicapped spot outside a restaurant, but soldiers Treasure Sharpe and Stephanie Mitchell got in their way. Tucker parked elsewhere, but went into the restaurant and started an altercation.

“You were getting in our way while we tried to park,” Tucker told the women, while trying to block their recording. “Don’t you take a picture of me!” she shouted. “You don’t have the right to take a picture of me!”

According to the Daily Mail, Ward, and other witnesses, said Tucker's son began verbally abusing the soldiers, calling them "gay black bitches" and asking, "Does the military let lesbians serve?"

Mitchell tried to stand in front of her friend before Tucker struck Sharpe in the face, according to witnesses. “I’m pregnant! Look at me, I’m pregnant!” Sharpe said. “You’re pushing a pregnant lady!”

According to Georgia law, assault on a pregnant person is a misdemeanor of a "high and aggravated nature," meaning Tucker could face up to a year in prison, and/or a fine of up to $5,000.

As Tucker's son tried to grab the camera, she yelled "Put that phone down!" and advanced on the two service members. "I'm pregnant!" Sharpe responded. "You're pushing a pregnant lady!"

"By her?" the son asks, referring to Mitchell.

"My husband is handicapped," Tucker responds. A second video shows Tucker's daughter asking, "Are you aware that you assaulted my mother? Are you aware? My mother is bleeding."

Additional video shows Tucker crying as she was arrested, attempting to paint herself as the victim. Ultimately she was charged on simple battery and booked into Bibb County Jail Saturday night before being released on bond.
