The "Power of Three" are coming back.

The rebooted Charmed continues to make headlines. Not only has the official release date been announced, but a Latinx actress is also expanding her role to direct one of the episodes.

As Variety reports, Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez is set to direct the 11th episode of the reboot's first season.

“I’m very excited about that opportunity and obviously very excited that I get to do it with three Latinas,” Rodriguez said. “It’s really f—ing awesome. It’s going to be really exciting to see what that journey is.”

This won't be the first time that Rodriguez is behind the camera in a directing role. The actress also directed the 10th episode of on Jane the Virgin's fourth season. At the time, Rodriguez noted that her inspirations were previous Jane directors Brad Silberling and Melanie Mayron. She'll also be directing the premiere episode of Jane's final season.

The reboot also announced on its Twitter that the show is set to premiere October 14 on the CW. Led by Jane showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman, the reboot will explore three sisters who discover they are witches.
