Writer, producer, and director Greg Berlanti and husband, and former pro soccer player, Robbie Rogers, have welcomed their second child into the world, a daughter named Mia Barbara Rogers-Berlanti. She was born on Monday, one day after Rogers' own birthday.

Berlanti shared that Rogers had already mastered "two child multitasking," and from the sounds of it, their son, Caleb, is slowly but surely adjusting to the idea of no longer being an only child.

Berlanti also revealed that their daughter's middle name is in honor of his mother, "who though she’s not here to share in this moment, will be watching over her granddaughter Mia forever—and laughing as Robbie and I figure out the parenting skills she mastered so perfectly."

"I couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect way to celebrate my birthday," said Rogers.

Berlanti and Rogers were married in 2017, in a seaside ceremony in Los Angeles. They began dating in 2013.
