If you're not familiar with Edie Parker, you've probably seen their clutches on virtually every red carpet in the past few years...

Paltrow has long sung her praises of hi-hop from the golden 90s to today–she even got herself into some hot water after a cringe-worthy tweet while watching Kanye West and Jay-Z demonstrated her easy appropriation of a certain word.

It's no wonder that Patlrow (who cites Jay and Bey amongst her close friends) immortalized Jay-Z nickname "Hov" on one clutch option.

And then, of course, Mr. Slim "No homo, bro!" Shady... (or just a nod to being a woman and gay man in 2015?).

We also have to pay our respects to where it all began.

If you're suddenly thinking, "I really need an acrylic clutch in my life," you are not alone.

Good thing these clutches can be yours for ONLY $1,695.

Gwyneth, you slay us, queen.
