Harry Styles Displays Rainbow Flag At Concert In San Francisco

"I think people undermine how safe your idol waving around a Pride flag on stage can make you feel."

Harry Styles kicked off his first solo tour this week with a show in San Francisco, where he tied a rainbow flag around his microphone stand as a show of support for the LGBT community.

When a fan threw the Pride flag on stage, the heartthrob waved it around before attaching it to the stand for the rest of the show.

Queer fans were grateful for the support, but it's not the first time the former boyband member showed love to the LGBT community.

Styles wore the Pride flag as a cape during a One Direction show in 2015, and wore out football player Michael Sam's St. Louis Rams jersey during a show in 2014.

You can watch Styles perform a cover of "Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart," an Ariana Grande track he helped write, with his rainbow accessory in the fan-recorded video below.
