Kelly, giving us a nice publicity shot; and belting onstage they way we like it!
Kelly Clarkson‘s next big album, All I Ever Wanted, comes out next week (Tues. March 10th). But you can hear the entire album right now on LogoOnline. Yup, the entire album is streaming all this week (through Monday, March 9th).
In a way, it’s very Breakaway 2.0, which ain’t a bad thing. So far, I’m digging stand-out tunes “I Do Not Hook Up” (penned by Katy Perry, obviously lying) and “Already Gone” and I’m not even halfway into the album yet!!!!
“If I Can’t Have You” is NOT a cover of the Yvonne Elliman disco classic (frown) and in fact the opening guitar riff sounds a lot like Miley Cyrus’ “Fly on the Wall,” but then the song charges into it’s own ranty/rock/pop roller-coaster ride. Fun!

“Long Shot” seems like a gay-drama/dancefloor slammer waiting to happen. Or it’s ripe for some hot hairbrush lip-synching and bed-jumping. Or background music to some sweeping opening credits of The Hills.
Anyway… The whole thing seems solid and Kelly’s voice sounds preposterously amazing, and the album is set to yield some big hits and bitchin’ videos. Random thought: Is it me, or is Kelly’s current long-hair looking a little too Joss Stone-y at times? But I digress…
Just in case you missed it, below is the video for KC’s meteoric chart-topper “My Life Would Suck Without You.” And just for gayness I had to post one of my alltime fave Kelly videos — her duet of “Because of You” for the CMT crowd with Reba McEntire. Somewhere on a stage in the South a drag queen is turning that one out as you read this.
