The New York Post this morning reports that a British journalist claims Ryan Gosling saved her from being hit by a taxi on Sixth Avenue yesterday. The two best parts of this story are the fact that the journalist (Laurie Penny of The New Statesman) was inexplicably wearing a pink wig at the time, and the reaction of a female bystander, who summed up the incident by telling Penny: “You lucky bitch.” This is almost as good as that time he broke up a fight. (If only there were video.)
