Monday night was the seventh annual Broadway Beauty Pageant, when male chorus members from the hottest shows on the Great White Way strut their stuff in a stiff competition involving creativity, uniqueness, nerve—Oh wait, wrong contest!

The six contenders—Callan Bergmann (Silence! The Musical), Orion Griffiths (Pippin) Julius C. Carter (Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark), Yurel Echezarreta (Matilda), Matthew Goodrich (The Nance) and Paul HeeSang Miller (Mamma Mia!).—vied in traditional pageant hurdles like swimsuit, talent and interview before all-star judges like Tony nominee Andrea Martin (Pippin), Michael Urie (How to Succeed in Business) and Billy Porter (Kinky Boots).

In the end Girffiths, Pippin's amazing acrobat, took the sash and tiara at the sold out event, which raised more than $50,000 for the Ali Forney Center.

Hey, when you can suspend your whole body on one hand and flip your legs over your shoulders, it's kind of a shoo-in.
