Birthday Girl: Hillary Clinton’s Life In Photos

The former presidential candidate turns 70 today.

A lot has happened since Hillary Clinton’s last birthday. Today, the 2016 presidential candidate turns 70, and while she might not be spending it in the Oval Office, she is surrounded by fans and admirers as she continues her book tour for her political memoir, What Happened.

Clinton has been in the public eye for nearly four decades: We’ve seen her be jubilant (during the 1993 and 1997 inaugurations and daughter Chelsea’s wedding) pensive (during the raid on Osama bin Laden) and mournful (after 9/11 and the Pulse nightclub attack).

Below, we take a look at some of Clinton’s most iconic images over the years.
