"Hit the Floor" Heats Up The Court In Sexy New Season Four Preview

In 2017 VH1 announced that it was not renewing the sexy basketball soap Hit the Floor for a fourth season, instead the series would be changing courts, and switching to BET.

Now, more than a year later, the first promo for the upcoming eight-episode season is finally here—and get a bucket of water ready because the preview is *flames emoji*.

The short video features different characters getting close with one another, including Jude (Brent Antonello) who looks to have moved onto a new man since Adam Senn, who played Jude's boyfriend, Zero, will not be returning for the new season.

“I found out the storyline three or four episodes in, and the way it came up, was pretty organic. It made Zero so much more dynamic,” Senn told NewNowNext back in 2016, recalling when he found out his character would be getting intimate with Jude.

“[Him] now being bisexual has added so many more layers to the character, which makes it fun—and that’s my job. I have a blast playing Zero. Never a dull moment.”

Jude and Zero's steamy hookup scenes lit up the internet, so we are sad that #Zude is now over, but we put our faith in Hit the Floor's creator, James LaRosa, who said to "expect more flesh and filth" in the new season.

Let us lace up our basketball sneakers because we are so ready.

The fourth season of Hit the Floor premieres this July on BET.
