We can hardly keep up with whether Luke Evans is in or out of the closet (we're pretty sure he can't either) but the Hobbit star was spotted by paparazzi on Tuesday having lunch with his alleged boyfriend,model Jon Kortajarena.

Evans, 35, and Kortajarena, 29, sat outside for lunch in the Meatpacking District—"Jon was seen playfully touching Luke and showing him pictures on his cell phone," reports Just Jared.

We kind of think this was an intentional move on Evans' part—if you're trying to be on the downlow, having lunch outside with your bar in chilly New York November weather is not usually the way to go.

The Spanish model has been seen with Evans all year, including the amFAR gala in May and Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2015 fashion show in June.

At any rate, he's a lucky guy—both of them!
