Homophobic Harlem Church Warns Gentrifying Gays Are Looking For "Black Meat"

James David Manning, pastor of Atlah World Missionary Church in Harlem, is infamous for his homophobic billboards, which have declared everything from  "Jesus would stone homos,"  to "Obama has released the homo demons on the black man."

But his latest sign, photographed over the weekend by Sly Scott, grabbed our attention: "Many of these homos moving to Harlem are looking for some black meat," the marquee reads, followed by notations to Bible passages condemning male prostitution.

Manning has been gold for anti-gay cray: In December, he claimed Starbucks lattes were laced with "sodomite" semen.

“A number of people think that drinking semen is a good idea," he explained. "You’ve got literally millions of people around the world that really think that the taste of semen is quite a flavor, and they seek it in the midst of other kinds of activities.”

Are we even mildly surprised, then, that Manning has admitted to same-sex attractions himself?

In an interview earlier this year he said he saw a lot of gay sex when he was in prison, but while there was "no doubt" he was intrigued, he "didn't yield to temptation."

Really, it's not gay people who should be offended by Manning, it's Christians.
