Living icon RuPaul stopped by Hollywood Today Live to kiki with RPDR judge Ross Matthews about his new show Skin Wars: Fresh Paint and to spill the tea on how long it takes for him to get up in his drag gig.

After asking about the immense popularity of drag race and its place in the LGBT community, Matthews commented on the amount of time it takes the queens to get into their looks.

"What people don't see is that, guys, these looks are incredible, but they take hours," he began. Turning to RuPaul he asked, "You, for example...how long does it take to put it all on?"

"I could do it in an hour," he responded hesitantly, "but we like to take six hours. Mathu [Andersen] and I, we get back there, we start at six in the morning, we have tea, we eat, we dance...we look at the outfits, we just get into it."

Though six hours might sound like a long time, getting to hang out with these two artistic phenoms while trying on gorgeous wigs and gowns sounds like an absolute dream come true.
